Self-worth, Self-Esteem, and Deserving Explained
Self-worth is a constant, immeasurable, and unchanging manifestation of your eternal and infinite oneness with the universe. The source of all that we perceive on this physical planet we call earth. You are a special unique piece of the puzzle on this planet. You can not change your worth. There has never been anyone else like you, just like no two snowflakes are the same, as such; cherish your permanent connection to the universe, because you are the universe. You are worthy period. You are the Perceiver (Movie Director), The Perception (Movie), and the Perceived (Manifestation). Nothing is good or bad, all are just experiences, choices.
Self-esteem is a measure of how you feel about yourself at any given moment in time. It is like happiness, we are delighted when we experience what we call good. It is a product of intelligence, talent, looks, success, fame, or anything we see from without, out there, unlike self-worth which is from within and constant.
We feel good when we achieve what we want, and feel depleted when we fail to live up to our expectations of ourselves. This is duality in action: good/bad.
Deserving is controlled by your emotions, most of which are in the unconscious mind based on many factors, like childhood, race, gender, country, and many more. We ask ourselves:
- Who am I to think I deserve this?
- Will I allow myself to access, accept, and receive the flow of goodness with gaiety, grace, gratitude, and thankfulness?
The answers depend on self-love, self-trust, and self-value of the being who remembers they are worthy of all the best life is offering, always.
